Stepping up a gear

So far I seem to be having good days and bad days. But the bad days are not too bad.  Just an upset tum and a bit more tired. I’m now taking a different Colloidol Silver as my research suggests that 10 ppm is the standard starting dosage. I’m impatient to get rid of the candida so I figured that the 3ppm would take too long. I am also going to take FOS (fructooligosacharides) which is a type of sugar I believe but it helps to heal the gut wall an feeds the good bugs not the candida. I am also taking l-glutamine which is amino acid which also helps to heal the gut and is good for people who are recovering from illness I believe. I have taken these in the past and they helped a lot so I’m starting them now to boost my fight against the candida.  I am also trying to drink more water especially as its quite hot at the moment. My energy levels are quite good (much better than last time) so I am hoping that all my efforts are working! If anyone has any comments or suggestions please let me know!

    dear katie,
i just stumbled onto your site tonight…really appreciate your writing.

i recently was diagnosed with candida and am in week two of the diet. still learning about this, as it’s all new to me, so looking through a lot of sites.

anyway, you sound like a girl with a like-minded attitude. when it comes to candida, i am hoping to be thoughtful, positive, and yes, savvy about kicking candida -ass!

i have found your posts helpful (many candida sites sound so unfocused, yikes! maybe that is due to the candida??)

and hope you will continue to write more.

    cheers,
